FOR PRESENTERS

Students can submit contributions from optics, optometry, ophthalmology, and related fields. Contributions will be presented either in oral or poster form. The form of the presentation will be chosen by the program committee. There will be a limited number of oral student presentations. Best oral and poster presentations will be awarded. All contributions will be published in printed and electronic proceedings. Follow the instructions at the website of the conference to develop a successful abstract, presentation, and manuscript, for presentation at the conference and publication in the Proceedings.

All presenting student participants must send the title of their presentation together with short abstracts (3-5 sentences) to the conference program committee before the deadline: February 15th 2018. Instructions for authors/presenters

Oral presentations must be created in MS PowerPoint. Authors of oral presentations are required to pre-upload their presentations to a computer in the conference room. The length of students' presentations is limited to 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for the discussion and questions. The length of invited lectures is scheduled by the program. Best oral and poster student presentations will be awarded.

Poster presentations must have the size A2 (420 × 594 mm) and must follow the poster template (upper and bottom part of the poster must follow the poster template, the style (color, text size, figures, etc.) of the poster body depends on the authors). The template for posters can be downloaded below.

The conference language  is English (oral and poster presentation must be in English).

All contributions will be published in printed and electronic proceedings. Follow the instructions in the template to develop a successful manuscript for the publication in the Proceedings. The style of the manuscript must strictly respect the template. The length of the manuscript text must be  2  pages.
